Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

Payment Options: We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI payments. Cash payments are accepted for walk-in bookings with valid photo identification.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of reservation, or 50% advance with the balance due at check-in (subject to availability and booking type).

Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required advance. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings

  • 7+ days before arrival: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund

Festival & Long Weekend Bookings

All bookings made for festivals, long weekends, and peak season dates (Christmas, New Year, Diwali, etc.) are non-refundable and non-changeable.

No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

ID Requirements:

  • Indian Nationals: Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License)
  • Foreign Nationals: Valid passport and visa

4. House Rules

  • No Smoking: All properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • No Parties: Loud music and parties are not permitted. Please be respectful of neighbors.
  • Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for each property.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. Repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

Lembranca Stays is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from bookings or stays shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.

We encourage guests to contact us directly with any concerns so we can resolve issues amicably.
